SENIOR LEVEL HELP

Here is how to request help for Additional Guidance, Senior Level Strategy, or Escalation with Mortgage Servicers.

Senior level assistance may be necessary if you are in one or more of the following situations:

• You own multiple properties.
• You are self-employed.
• You were placed in a plan you cannot afford.
• You are unemployed.
• You were placed in a plan and did not know it.
• You cannot obtain a status on your account.
• You were denied but cannot learn why.
• You were put on a trial plan but were denied.
• You are getting different answers from different representatives.
• You are under bankruptcy and cannot get the Servicer to speak to you.
• You have signed a contract with an entity and your Servicer will not speak with you.
• You are being asked for money before a modification will be reviewed.
• You do not understand the online material.
